Different states of India are having different cooking styles with special ingredients to enhance the flavors of the cuisine. Punjab

Gujrat

Maharashtra

Bihar

Rajasthan

Dal Bhatti churma is a dish which is very famous in Rajasthan. Dal Bhatti is a wheat ball fried in ghee and it is served with pulses. Churma is a sweet which is made by crushing the baatis and adding ghee as well as sugar in it. You can also try pyaaz kachori, gatte ki sabzi, kalakand, malai ghewar, and much more.

 

West Bengal

Other than rasgullas, fish curry, jhinjiri, and mishti doi. Bengal is famous for doi machh as well. Doi macch is a dish in which you will get fish curry with rice. This is one of the famous dishes of Bengal which you can have if you are non-vegetarian.

 

Sikkim

Phagshapa is a famous dish in the northeastern part of India. This cuisine is made up of dried pork fat with turnips, chilly, radishes. Do not forget to eat thukpa, momos, sael roti, gundruk, and much more. We are sure you are going to love it.

 

Andhra Pradesh

Jammu Kashmir

Tamil Nadu
