  • Dal makhani

Dal Makhani or Kali daal is the staple of Indian cuisine. It is made from red kidney beans, black lentils, cream, butter, and spices like cumin, turmeric, and coriander. Kaali daal is made with the use of black lentils. This is one dish which is loved by everyone.

  • Naan

Naan is soft and flatbread which is baked in a tandoor. It is an unleavened counterpart and it is in the form of roti.
