Halwa

The dish is created in the city of Mysore, Karnataka as it is mentioned in the name of the sweet dish. It is made with chickpea flour, sugar syrup as well as with ghee.

Barfi

There are different varieties of barfi that are mentioned below:

  • Besan barfi
  • Badam barfi
  • Coconut barfi
  • Chocolate barfi
  • Kafu barfi
  • Pista barfi

All these barfis are made up of different ingredients but there are common ingredients which are added in all the barfi such as ghee, milk, sugar, dry fruits.

Rasgulla

This sweet dish is made up of cottage cheese, semolina, and sugar syrup. This variety is popular in Odisha as well as in Bengal.
